I have been looking into lots of web sites and so forth. Is there a sure way to make a passive income? I dont have to get rich off the idea but making at least a couple hundred bucks each month would really help a lot. thanks stop posting those stupid fake pyramid scam web sites. I have about 80 thousand usd saved up and would like to get some advice on how to start bringing in passive income Ive been looking really hard at real estate as well. Living off passive income - amount of required investments?
I was doing a bit of reading on finances and saw there are a number of people who have made " live off passive income" a goal.I was wondering, how much would you need in investments to realistically live off passive income? Im 18 and have constanly been reading and listening to books about passive income, via various streams, and have decided maybe to start a small question thread here to post ideas and also ask for ideas from the community so we can all benefit from one another's ideas. Basically the idea is to own a business that makes you money while you do nothing, so you dont physically have to make the money yourself.Some of my ideas include things such as Coin Operated vending machines i have heard however that these are becoming increasingly harder to make money off of as although there are always locations, the returns are not necessarily incredibly huge, and finding locations and emptying refilling the machines as well as collecting the money do take some time.
